If said infinite power comes from a device or weapon, then obviously either destroy it or remove it from their body's, but make it Believable, like what Green Lantern did, but maybe do it better, like he can shoot a faster than light spinning saw blade instead of slow cutting scissors. If you don't know how to use infinite power, then just make it match up with the characters personality, like Ultron would be smart about it, while Black Hat would be evil about it, and Discord would be silly about it. Unless it was stated, or proven, that they can't do certain things, like time travel, teleport or anything else, then you should either give it to them or acknowledge the possibility, like Alucard Cat thing, all he can do is exist almost anywhere, and teleport, maybe move in frozen time, but he can't do more than that. When putting Two Infinite Power Characters against each other, just find the one with better and stronger feats and that's how you decide the winner.
